Seed Protect
Mod Overview
This mod provides reliable protection for farmland against trampling. No more worries about mobs or other players accidentally destroying your crops — simply install this addon, and your agricultural lands will be completely secure.
Installation Features
Seed Protect operates exclusively on the server side. This means that when playing on a multiplayer server, the mod only needs to be installed on the server component. For single-player games, installation is performed in the standard way.
Important: requires Forge version 2718 or higher for proper operation.
Configuration Settings
The mod offers a flexible configuration system that allows you to adapt protection to your needs:
- Check_crop: when this option is activated, protection extends only to those farmland blocks that already have crops planted (default: disabled, available from version 1.2.0)
- Players: allows players to trample farmland when enabled (default: prohibited, available from version 1.1.0)
- Mobs: permits mobs and animals to destroy farmland when activated (default: prohibited, available from version 1.1.0)
- Debug: when enabled, outputs the coordinates of protected farmland blocks to the console for debugging (default: disabled)
Usage in Modpacks
Seed Protect can be freely included in any modpacks without restrictions.
