Sentimental Swords

This project is the result of collaboration with Atomified Productions, where I provided textures from my resource pack and suggested sword ability ideas, while he implemented them in the game and added his own concepts. As a bonus, the mod includes a Quartz Sword that I created separately. This is simply an alternative version of the Stone Sword with a different appearance and crafting recipe.

Getting Started

To create any special sword, you'll need a Blanksword. Its crafting recipe looks like this:

• Empty | Iron | Empty
• Paper | Iron | Paper
• Empty | Bone | Empty

Sword Variety

Shapeless Recipes:

Purple Sword = Blanksword + Sugar

• Effect: Speed (when held)

Orange Sword = Blanksword + Flint & Steel

• Effect: Sets target on fire when hit

Red Sword = Bow + Blanksword

• Effect: Fires arrows (if you have arrows in inventory)
• Features: No charge time, activates with both mouse buttons, no durability loss when shooting

Shaped Recipes:

Yellow Sword = 8 gold blocks + Blanksword

• Effect: Swinging causes at least 1 gold ingot to spawn

Blue Sword = 4 redstone blocks + 4 redstone dust + Blanksword

• Effect: Lightning when hitting mobs/players during storms

Light Blue Sword = 4 water buckets + 4 scutes + Blanksword

• Effect: Water Breathing (when held) + Speed 3 (when held at night)

Pink Sword = 3 pink wool + 3 magenta wool + Blanksword

• Effect: Hit another player and find out!

Yellow-Green Sword = Blanksword + 4 fire charges (place in corners of crafting grid)

• Effect: Summons fireball on right-click

Green Sword

The most complex recipe in the mod:

• Any Sapling | Dark Oak Leaves | Any Sapling
• Spruce Leaves | Blanksword | Birch Leaves
• Acacia Sapling | Jungle Leaves | Any Sapling

This amazing sword works as bone meal but doesn't break or lose durability. IMPORTANT: Doesn't work in dispensers.
