Server Resourcepack Checker

This client-side Fabric mod prevents the repeated downloading of server resource packs if they are already present on the player's device. This is achieved by comparing the hash sums of the resource pack files.

Thanks to this feature, the annoying Mojang loading bar that usually appears when connecting to servers and leaving them disappears.
