Shallow Swimming

Fix for MC-133414 Issue

This mod fundamentally changes the swimming mechanics in Minecraft, eliminating the need for complete submersion in water. Now you can freely swim at any depth - from deep oceans to shallow puddles.

The new system makes swimming much more intuitive and convenient. You no longer need to first sink to the bottom to start swimming. The feature works even in the shallowest water bodies just one block deep, as well as on slabs and other shallow surfaces.
