Shroom Dealers! [ FORGE / FABRIC ]

Immerse yourself in the world of mushroom adventures with this modification that seamlessly blends into the vanilla Minecraft style! Unique mushroom villages appear throughout the game world, inhabited by mysterious mushroom traders ready to offer you profitable deals.

Mushroom Traders and Their Villages

Mushroom villages generate on the world surface, and their spawn rate can be configured through the "shroomfig" configuration file. The traders living in them are neutral mobs - they won't attack first but can fight back if provoked.

Each trader offers a unique special item in exchange for regular vanilla mushrooms (red or brown). Simply hold mushrooms in your hand and right-click on the trader to discover what exclusive treasures they hide!

Types of Traders

• Bay Bolete Dealer - offers a Bay Bolete throwing bomb that explodes multiple times in succession
• Champignon Dealer - trades a Champignon smoke bomb that weakens enemies and hides you from their sight
• Toadstool Dealer - this anxious trader can poison you if you get too close, but in return offers poisonous darts for your enemies
• Amethyst Deceiver Dealer - despite the name, has nothing to do with amethysts but offers a powerful Deceiver's Power-Up Heart that provides effects similar to a golden apple

Champignon and Amethyst Deceiver traders also offer edible mushrooms that can be consumed separately or combined to create new types of mushroom soup that positively affect health and hunger.

Additional Trading Options

The modification also allows exchanging meat for other types of meat and sugar cane for other green plants. For convenience, it's recommended to install JEI.

Village Protectors

Deep within the mystical mushroom villages live formidable protectors - the Rotting Undead Shroomers. This dynamic duo ensures the safety of their fungal domains:

• Swampy Gloop - a mighty melee warrior, always ready to jump into battle and protect the village from unwanted guests
• Swampy Glooper - a tactician armed with the ability to shoot rotten poisonous vines, keeping enemies at a distance

Together, Gloop and Glooper create an unbeatable duo protecting all mushroom villages. Be careful - these twins won't hesitate to deal with intruders!

Rewards for Victory

After defeating Swampy Gloop or Swampy Glooper, you'll receive a unique weapon similar to a lasso. This special drop allows you to shoot poisonous vines, just like Glooper does, adding a powerful new tool to your arsenal.
