Shut The Front Door (STFD)

This simple yet practical mod automatically closes doors, trapdoors, and fence gates after you open them. By default, doors close after 1.5 seconds (30 game ticks), but you can adjust this timing through the closeDoorInTicks gamerule.

If you need to keep a door open, simply crouch while opening it — this will prevent the automatic closing feature. You can also individually enable or disable automatic closing for each type of element using the closeDoors, closeFenceGates, and closeTrapDoors gamerules.

The mod is compatible with the popular Double Doors addon, allowing synchronized operation of double doors.
