Silk Spawners

This mod enables the harvesting of mob spawners and trial spawners using silk touch while preserving all their original data. It also provides an option allowing regular players to place these blocks. (This feature can be toggled via the silk_spawner_skipCreativeOpCheck game rule.)

The ability to extract and retain spawner data is granted by enchantments listed in the silk_spawner:can_silk_spawners tag. By default, it only includes minecraft:silk_touch.

The modification can also be used to preserve all block data when utilizing the minecraft:copy_custom_data loot function with the target set to ::block_entity_data.

For safety reasons, the silk_spawner_skipCreativeOpCheck game rule applies only to spawner blocks, preventing the unauthorized placement of blocks with potentially dangerous data, such as command blocks.
