The Simple BBQ mod was created specifically for the TeaCon 2022 competition. As the name suggests, it's a simple but engaging addition that brings the ability to cook kebabs on the grill with various seasonings into the game.

🍢 Preparing Skewers

On a special skewering table, you can turn regular food into delicious kebabs using sticks or bamboo.

🔥 Cooking Over Campfire

Place the grill on a campfire, arrange the prepared skewers on it, and wait a few moments to get delicious hot kebabs.

🧂 Variety of Flavors

Kebabs without seasonings can seem boring. Want some spice? Add chili powder. Prefer sweet? Try some honey. The unique aroma of cumin and the savory taste of salt and pepper - all these options are available for your culinary experiments. Seasonings can be added during kebab preparation, and eating seasoned kebabs will give you special effects.

In villages, you can find special BBQ camps where a professional kebab master named Skewerman resides. He not only helps you with skewering food but also sells his valuable seasonings. Why not make a deal with him?

⚙️ Customization for Modpack Creators

If you're creating modpacks, you can easily add skewering recipes, grilling recipes, and seasoning recipes through datapacks. In the future, it will also be possible to customize seasoning effects using datapacks.
