Simple Radio FFAPI Patch

This is a compact datapack that resolves recipe issues from the Simple Radio mod when used with Forgified Fabric API (FFAPI). It removes Fabric API-specific recipe conditions since Forge already loads them at its stage, making additional loading through Fabric API redundant and causing conflicts.

Important: this solution is temporary and will become obsolete once developers implement a more universal fix. The modification is installed using the standard datapack method — simply place it in the /datapacks/ folder within your world.
