Singularities Mod
The Singularities mod revives functionality that was previously part of the Avaritia modification but is now presented as a standalone addon. It enables the creation of special crafting components - so-called singularities. These are formed from multiple identical resources and are used in various crafting recipes.
Unlike the previous implementation, the compressor system has undergone changes - it no longer has an interface. Processed items are automatically picked up from the ground near the device or transferred through pipe systems (with appropriate configuration). Finished singularities appear directly above the compressor.
During operation, the compressor clearly shows which singularity it is currently creating, as well as displaying the completion progress of the process. Upon completion of crafting, the device returns to standby mode, ready for a new task. The color of the progress indicator depends on the specific type of component being created.
Compatibility with Avaritia
Starting from version 2.0.0, the mod automatically copies all singularity creation recipes to the compressor from Avaritia. This ensures full compatibility between modifications. Users can disable the display of the Singularities compressor in recipe viewing systems if they plan to use it exclusively in conjunction with Avaritia.
The mod also modifies the recipe for creating the Infinity Catalyst, replacing specific singularities with their generalized designations from the element dictionary. This allows all available singularities to be automatically included in the crafting process, however, creating uncraftable components may make the catalyst unavailable for creation without manual recipe adjustment.
Configuration and expansion
All parameters of the modification's operation can be fine-tuned through configuration files. Users have the ability to add new types of singularities and related recipes without needing to install additional addons. All available crafting combinations are displayed in recipe viewing systems such as JEI.
