Sky Artifacts (Change Weather & Time)
The Sky Artifacts mod adds unique artifacts to the game that give you and your friends the ability to control weather and time in Minecraft!
💧 Rainstone
Craft the Rainstone from lapis lazuli and a water bucket:
This artifact allows you to toggle rain on and off. Use it to stop rainfall during bad weather or to cause precipitation for 5 minutes in clear weather. The item is consumed upon activation. Perfect for building in good weather or charging your trident during rain!
⚡ Thunderstone
The Thunderstone is created by infusing a Rainstone with redstone energy. It has similar functions, but instead of regular rain it causes thunderstorms with lightning!
🧊 Frozen Clock
Craft the Frozen Clock from regular clocks and an ice block:
Use this artifact to stop the passage of time (day and night cycle) for 10 minutes. The item is consumed when used. Great for extending the night or taking screenshots in identical lighting conditions.
⌛ Timestones
An empty Timestone is crafted from a clock and a piece of clay:
Use an Empty Timestone to fill it with time energy. It will save the current time and transform from a gray empty stone into a colored one. Activate the colored stone to set the time corresponding to the moment of its creation. For example, if you created the stone at night and use it during the day - the time will be set to nighttime, and the stone will be consumed.
The color of the Timestone indicates the saved time of day:
- Purple - early sunrise
- Light blue - morning
- Yellow - day
- Orange - early sunset
- Red - sunset
- Black - night
How to copy Timestones
To copy a Timestone, place the existing Timestone in your offhand. Use an Empty Timestone - it will transform into an exact copy of the stone from your offhand.
🛠️ Installation
Datapack installation
Copy the .zip archive to the ".minecraft/saves/yourworldname/datapacks" folder, where yourworldname is the name of your game world.
Mod installation
Place the .jar file in the folder designated for mods by your loader.
⚙️ Compatibility
Do not use achievement unlock datapacks after installing this mod!
