Slower Backpedaling

This modification makes movement in the game more challenging by limiting sideways and backward movement speed. The default slowdown coefficient for both movement types is 0.75, but this value can be changed in the configuration settings.

Additionally, the configuration includes an option to specify items that cancel the slowdown effect.
