Slumber
The Slumber mod provides the ability to pause Minecraft server operation during periods when no players are online. This allows for significant system resource savings.
Functionality management is handled through the following commands:
- /slumber - displays the current mod status and information about whether the server is in sleep mode
- /slumber true - activates the server freezing function
- /slumber false - disables the pause mode
The mod offers extensive customization options. You can adjust the interval for checking player presence before entering sleep mode, set the desired TPS level for the server in idle state, and manually enable and disable functionality. All these parameters are available for editing in the slumber.properties file located in the configuration folder.
For Minecraft versions 1.20.2 and below, Fabric-Carpet installation is required!
