Notice: SoniCraft requires GeckoLib (the Forge version!) to work properly. Make sure you download the Forge version, not the Fabric or Quilt version.

In 2021, I noticed a severe lack of Sonic the Hedgehog modifications for Minecraft, especially for modern game versions starting from 1.16.5. This prompted me to take matters into my own hands. Originally released in honor of Sonic's 30th anniversary, this project has become my most extensive and popular creation.

The mod adds a lot of content from the Sonic the Hedgehog universe to Minecraft: Sonic himself, his friends, locations from the game series, hundreds of new blocks for building and decoration, dozens of interesting items, and much more!

Frequently Asked Questions

Will there be a Fabric port?
Unfortunately, no. I don't know how to create mods for Fabric.

Will it be possible to play as the characters?
This is beyond my skills. However, there is a Morph mod for modern versions of Minecraft that allows transforming into various creatures. Although character abilities are not available, it's a good alternative.

When will a version for 1.15 or older versions be released?
This is not planned for the near future.

Why do Alex's Mobs alligators appear in Marble Zone?
Unfortunately, I can't fix this.
