Spark command profiling fix

A minimalistic enhancement for proper operation of profiling functionality commands in spark utility versions 1.18-1.10.38. Fixes incorrect command parsing, thereby enabling full use of /sparkc and /sparkclient commands for analyzing game client performance.

Client-side FPS profiling now works with the same set of advanced features as server TPS monitoring in version 1.10 with all real-time analysis capabilities. The fix applies strictly to spark plugin version 1.10.38, as this issue did not exist in previous releases.
