SpongeSucc (Lava Sponge)

This mod introduces a lava sponge to the game - a special block that functions similarly to regular sponges but is designed to absorb lava instead of water.

Key Features

• Three new blocks: Lava sponge, hot lava sponge, and hardened lava sponge
• Treasure locations: Lava sponges can be found among loot in ancient cities and bastions
• Customizable parameters: Absorption radius and amount of lava removed can be adjusted through configuration

Usage

Crafting: To create a lava sponge, you'll need 4 buckets, 3 powdered snow buckets, 1 hopper, and 1 magma block. Alternatively, they can be found in ancient cities and bastions.

Application: Place the sponge in lava or near it, just like a regular sponge. It will begin absorbing lava around it as soon as any lava touches it (including flowing sources).

Reuse: A used sponge can be placed on any ice block to harden it (requires a pickaxe to break). It can then be smelted in a furnace or in the Nether to restore it for reuse.

Requirements

The mod requires Fabric API and oωo (owo-lib). For convenient configuration editing, it's recommended to install Mod Menu.
