Bats Galore

General Information

Bats Galore is a modification specifically created for Mycelium Network's Spooky Jam 2023. It significantly expands the variety of bats in the game by adding numerous unique species of these nocturnal creatures. Most of the new bats can be found in the overworld, while some species even inhabit the Nether.

Mod Features

In addition to creating a spooky atmosphere with their flight, each bat drops a specific type of candy when killed. All these sweets can be consumed, but be careful - not all of them have positive effects on the player!

One of the most interesting features of the mod is the addition of a special species - the Void Bat. This unique creature does not spawn naturally in the world. However, if you manage to find it and click on it, you'll instantly be transported to the End, as if you had passed through an End portal.

Altar of Turmoil

In the Spooky Oak biome, there's a chance to discover a special structure called the Altar of Turmoil. This construction consists of four pedestals arranged around the perimeter. Four special bat species from this mod drop four different types of cores when killed. Once you collect all four cores, try placing one on each pedestal and see what happens!
