This modification is based on the Starcraft universe and adds new weapons, mobs, and dimensions to Minecraft.
Starcraft is a legendary game series from Blizzard Entertainment, telling the story of the conflict between three races in the distant Koprulu Sector. This mod aims to bring elements of this classic into the world of Minecraft, offering players:
Planet Exploration
Journey to various planets with unique landscapes and hostile life forms. Visit Char - a fiery world that serves as the home planet of the Zerg, an alien swarm seeking to consume all other races. Or explore Shakuras - a twilight world inhabited by the Protoss, a warrior race with telepathic connections and millennia of combat experience.
New Armor Types
Enemies in this modification can easily defeat players even in diamond armor with enchantments. To survive, you'll need to adapt and use the same equipment as your foes. Some armor allows you to become invisible, while others increase movement speed on certain surfaces.
Diverse Weaponry
Terrans - humans who colonized the Koprulu Sector - brought powerful weapons to fight their new neighbors. The C-14 Gauss Rifle is perfect for eliminating Zerg at a distance, while a flamethrower is indispensable in close combat. However, even this weapon may prove useless against the energy blades of the Protoss, capable of cutting through the strongest materials, making diamonds seem like wood in comparison.
Variety of Enemies
Battle flying creatures shooting at you from the air, alien warriors in combat armor, parasites hiding in the organic structures of the Zerg, and cybernetic cats capable of shocking you unconscious. When everything around you is trying to kill you, the reasons don't matter much.
Option to Join a Race
War isn't just about enemies fighting each other. By joining one of the races, you'll receive protection on their home and colonized planets. Level the playing field and extend your life.
The Koprulu Sector offers many opportunities: conquer the Protoss and obtain their shields and wireless energy, join the Terrans for their ranged weapons and durable metals, or lead hordes of bloodthirsty monsters. No matter what goal you pursue - the important thing is that you win, not them.
It's recommended to use the JEI modification as in-game documentation and wiki are not yet complete.
