Adds a dynamic teleportation system to Minecraft 1.7.10 Forge with a delay before teleporting to the spawn point.

Main Features

Teleportation Checks: The teleportation process is canceled if the character moves or takes damage during the countdown. Administrators can also disable teleportation using the /togglespawn command, available only to them.

Configurable Delay: Server owners can adjust the waiting duration before teleportation, preventing instant warping from combat situations.
