SWEM Addendum
SWEM Addendum is an addon mod that significantly expands the capabilities of horses from the SWEM modification by adding various breeds and the function of importing custom textures. It's important to note that these features work exclusively with horses from SWEM Addendum and are not compatible with standard SWEM horses.
Available Breeds
The mod includes an impressive list of breeds: American Quarter Horse, Arabian, Breton, Donkey, Fjord, Friesian, Irish Draught, Kladruber, Knabstrupper, Marwari, Mule, Mustang, Pegasus, Shire, Thoroughbred, Turkoman, Warmblood, as well as three foal models - universal, donkey foal, and mule foal.
How to Use the Mod
This mod does not come with ready-made textures - you'll need to find or create textures for your horses yourself. Many creators have already uploaded their works or accept orders for texture creation.
The mod functions by dynamically loading texture files from your resource packs. We recommend watching the tutorial video by Lunar_Loki for better understanding of the process.
Creating a Resource Pack
Creating your own resource pack is a simple process! We provide a ready-made template that works for both version 1.18.2 and 1.20.1. Simply add your textures to the corresponding breed folders inside the resource pack, then place the resource pack in the resourcepacks folder. For servers, using a server-resource-pack is recommended.
Remember the names of all your textures - they will be needed to summon a specific coat. Make sure there are no capital letters in the coat name. To create a texture with wings, duplicate the main file and add the "_wings" suffix to the wing file name.
Summoning a Specific Coat
Each breed is summoned using a special command. For random coat selection from your resource packs, simply remove the curly braces {}. In the commands, replace "template" with the name of the folder inside the "assets" directory of your resource pack.

Creating Your Own Textures
As mentioned earlier, the mod does not provide ready-made textures, but you can create your own. The process is similar to creating textures for standard SWEM horses, but using the breed models from this addon. We recommend the following learning materials:

Stick of Acknowledgement
Forgot which specific coat you summoned? No problem! The Stick of Acknowledgement is a tool that allows you to learn information about your horse's coat. Simply hold the stick in your hand and right-click on the horse.
To get the stick, use the command:
