Tameable Wither DataPack

This datapack adds the ability to tame Withers

To tame a Wither, place a Wither Rose next to it. Once tamed, you can ride the mob and control it in various ways.

Controlling a Tamed Wither

Mounting the Wither Sneak next to a tamed Wither and look straight up to climb onto it.

Movement Use the first inventory slot and right-click while looking in the desired direction to move the Wither.

Shooting skulls In the second slot, right-click to make the Wither launch destructive skulls, similar to its normal attack pattern.

Block-breaking dash Activate the destructive dash ability in the third slot, allowing the Wither to smash through obstacles - similar to the Bedrock Edition version.

Dismounting To get off the Wither, sneak, right-click and look straight down. If you dismount in mid-air, the Wither will slowly lower you to the ground.

Additional Materials

The included resource pack is optional - it makes the warped fungus on a stick invisible for more immersive gameplay.
