New Travel Method

This mod offers players a unique fast travel system for covering large distances while maintaining gameplay balance. Instead of instant teleportation between points, you gain access to a special dimension called Teletory, which functions similarly to the Nether but with a 1:64 space compression ratio.

According to the game's lore, a group of miners discovered ancient alchemist scrolls describing how Endermen travel through a parallel dimension. In this space, each meter corresponds to 64 meters in the regular world, creating the illusion of instant teleportation. Researchers named this dimension Teletory and developed a method to access it.

Features and Dangers

Staying in Teletory is unsafe for humans - you continuously take damage similar to using Ender Pearls. Without special protection, you risk falling out of the dimension at a random location. Ancient scrolls mention enchantments for boots that can reduce the damage taken.

Practical Tips

• Travel ratio: 1 meter in Teletory = 64 meters in the regular world
• Damage protection: Wear armor that reduces damage from Ender Pearl teleportation. Standing on Ender Blocks completely protects from damage in Teletory. Since version 20, special Ender Boots are available
• Emergency exit: Jumping out of Teletory doesn't send you into the void and is theoretically survivable, but extremely dangerous
• Resource gathering: Breaking Ender Blocks with a pickaxe gives a random number of Ender Pearls. Use Fortune or Silk Touch enchantments for better results. Gathering is reduced in Teletory
• Portal linking: Teletory portals can be linked to each other using a special linker

Crafting Recipes

Ender Blocks

Ender Block crafting recipe

To start using the mod, you'll need at least 40 Ender Pearls. Combining 4 pearls in a square pattern creates Ender Blocks for portal construction. After building the portal, additional pearls can be mined from Ender Ore in Teletory.

Ender Boots

Four Ender Pearls are used to create Ender Boots, which allow travel through Teletory without taking damage. Each prevented damage instance wears down the boots, so creating multiple pairs as backup is recommended. The boots also help when using regular Ender Pearls.

Portal Linker

Teletory Portal Linker (version 21+)

The portal linker is used to connect two Teletory portals. After linking, a portal teleports the player directly to the connected portal instead of entering Teletory. Players take damage when using linked portals without Ender Boots.

Resource Processing

Ender Ore is easily found throughout Teletory. Mining with a diamond pickaxe yields ore that can be smelted in a furnace to create Teletory Pearls. These pearls resemble regular ones but are in an unrefined state and can only teleport you to Teletory.

Teletory Pearls can be further refined into Ender Pearls by smelting them in a furnace, providing a useful source of pearls for players who haven't yet conquered the End.
