Thaumic Staff

This project is a fork of the "Thaumic Wands" mod, distributed under the GPLv3 license.

The mod brings back wands, staffs, and scepters from Thaumcraft 4 and 5 versions. Unlike the original mechanics, you cannot create a thaumonomicon using salis mundus here. Instead, you need to use an iron wand by right-clicking on a bookshelf.

The recipe for salis mundus has been changed - the enchanting table is no longer used to create it. Instead, balanced shards have been added, which need to be burned to obtain salis mundus. The arcane workbench now does not consume aura energy but uses wand charge. When the wand is on the hotbar, it automatically recharges itself from the surrounding aura.

Scepters have increased capacity for storing vis and provide a 10% discount on energy consumption but cannot be used in combat. Staffs deal 7 melee damage but are unsuitable for crafting.

Compatibility with Thaumic Augmentation: wands support the installation of 2 upgrades, and staffs support 3 upgrades.
