Thaumic Traveler's Dream

Thaumic Traveler's Dream is a special standalone version of the Traveler's Dream mod with built-in compatibility for Thaumcraft version 6.1.

Installation Requirements

To run this mod, you need to install:

• Thaumcraft version 6.1
• Open Terrain Generator version 6

For the best gaming experience, it is recommended to use the Traveler's Dream resource pack.

Modification Features

Compared to the original Traveler's Dream, this version includes the following unique elements:

• Added "Greatwood" biome, which represents an adapted version of the Magical Forest from Thaumcraft
• Thaumcraft mobs - wisps and pechs - spawn in this biome at night
• Included cinderpearl and shimmerleaf plants, wishrooms, as well as special greatwood and silverwood trees

Element Distribution

The Greatwood biome is not very common but can appear in most climate zones with moderate climate (not too cold and not too hot). The trees are intended exclusively for the magical forest; in other locations, Thaumcraft generates them independently.

Cinderpearl plants, as usual, can be found in deserts and other hot or special, predominantly sandy biomes (in almost every climate zone).

Installation

Client Side

Place the downloaded .jar files of Traveler's Dream and OTG into the "mods" folder.

Server Side

Place the downloaded .jar files of Traveler's Dream and OTG into the "mods" folder on the server. Delete old "world" folders if they exist.

In the server.properties file, edit the following lines: level-type=OTG level-name=ThaumicTravelersDream (starting from version 1.5)

Compact version: level-name=TravelersDreamCompact

Before version 1.5: level-name=ThaumicTraveler'sDream
