Introducing a unique cave dweller that differs radically from all others. The Irritator is a descendant of the Origin who emerged to the surface in search of humans but appears exclusively at night.

Main Characteristics

This monster possesses its own unique model with a huge gaping mouth significantly larger than the player. Its height reaches an impressive 9.5 blocks, and it moves on four limbs, causing genuine irritation in players with its behavior.

Sound Design

The mod adds completely new sound effects including irritating footsteps, pain cries, and a unique death sound. For animations, Geckolib installation is required, without which they won't work.

Artificial Intelligence

The Irritator warns of its approach by emitting aggressive sounds similar to natural cave dweller sounds. If you encounter it in caves, you'll immediately understand what's about to happen.

Origin Story

The Irritator is a descendant of the Origin. After the facility containing it was destroyed, it managed to escape to the caves beneath the structure. Radiation from test tubes leaking into the caves right above its dwelling place bleached its skin, giving it a pale appearance.
