The famous Screaming Villager returns in a completely new form! This mod introduces horror elements and unexpected surprises to Minecraft that will make you look at ordinary villages and their inhabitants in a new way.

What's Changed in the Updated Version?

The main innovation is that not every villager or sheep can turn into screaming entities anymore. Instead, special impostors appear in villages that look no different from regular NPCs but hide danger within.

The Screaming Villager can suddenly attack other villagers, after which it either disappears or disguises itself as a regular character again. It also received updated animations and a model that make its appearance even more terrifying.

As for sheep, Screaming Sheep now only appear at night and disguise themselves as ordinary animals. This means your domestic sheep are safe, but it's better to approach unfamiliar herds with caution.

One of the most frightening features is that the Screaming Villager can appear on the roofs of abandoned and destroyed houses, from where it will stalk the player. When approaching such a house, it instantly disappears.
