SCP-173, The Sculpture
The "The Sculpture" mod introduces a new dangerous monster from the SCP universe to Minecraft - SCP-173, also known as "The Sculpture" or "Peanut". This concrete statue with rebar and a creepy facial expression hides a deadly threat.
Behavior Features
SCP-173 remains completely motionless as long as you look at it. But as soon as you turn away or lose sight of it, the statue begins to move at incredible speed, heading straight for you. Getting close enough, SCP-173 will either choke you or break your neck, resulting in instant death.

- Special spawning conditions: SCP-173 appears only in the overworld and exists as a single instance
- Vulnerability: The statue can only be damaged with a pickaxe
- Water: Does not slow down SCP-173's movement
- Blindness: Especially dangerous as it allows the statue to move freely

Frequently Asked Questions
Why is the console spamming messages? Mobs use special spawning conditions, which creates messages in the console when the spawning system works.
Why can't I summon the mob? Some mobs only appear under certain conditions, for example, above or below a certain Y level.
Why does SCP-173 sometimes move when being looked at? At large distances (about 100 blocks), the gaze detection system stops working. Errors can also occur when multiple instances are present.
Compatibility with other SCP mods? Starting from version 1.9, the mod is compatible with SCP-131.
Creation History
The mod was developed by Zcoper using MCreator. SCP-173 is the first and most famous SCP Foundation object, created by artist Izumi Kato. The image was removed from the wiki for legal reasons, but the author permitted its use under certain conditions.
Usage
Allowed for use in modpacks. Porting the mod without the author's permission is prohibited.
