Scout Hat "Teemo Special: Gain invisibility while sneaking in the bushes" — +10% Movement Speed, sneaking in bushes grants invisibility.

Boots of Mobility

Boots of Mobility "Most popular choice among all Teemo players" — +40% Movement Speed.

All these magical items provide tremendous power but in exchange offer no armor values.
