About the Modification
Thermal And Space is an expansion that combines the capabilities of Ad Astra and Thermal mods, adding Thermal ores to various planets in the Ad Astra universe.
Ore Generation on Planets
The modification distributes valuable resources across different celestial bodies:
- Moon, Mars and Venus: deposits of oil shale and apatite
- Mercury, Mars and Venus: cinnabar veins
- Venus, Glacio and Mars: lead mines
- Mercury and Moon: nickel deposits
- Mercury, Glacio and Moon: niter sources
- Moon, Mars and Venus: ruby mines
- Mercury and Venus: sapphire veins
- Moon, Mars, Mercury and Venus: silver mines
- All planets (Moon, Mars, Mercury, Venus, Glacio): tin deposits
It's important to note that the concentration of all these ores on extraterrestrial objects is significantly higher than their counterparts in the regular Thermal world.
Generation Configuration
The resource generation system is fully customizable through datapacks. To modify ore placement parameters, you need to edit configuration files located at: resources/data/thermal/worldgen/placed_feature/space_orename.json.
