Thermal Evaporation Tweaks

This modification makes changes to the thermal evaporation plant parameters, increasing its maximum height and production capacity.

Main changes:

• Maximum height increased to 255 blocks
• Maximum production rate can be significantly enhanced when using Mekanism EcoEnergistics solar stations

Production enhancement: The plant's production rate increases when four identical Mekanism EcoEnergistics solar stations are placed at the four corners of the thermal evaporation setup. The multiplier works only during daytime and can reach up to 1024x.

• Neutron Solar Station: 1024x
