Features of Perception Anchor
Perception Anchor does not load chunks by default, but its range can be increased by adding ghast tears. Each ghast tear increases the range by 1 block, up to a maximum of 16 blocks. It's important to note that ghast tears are not consumed - they only serve as foci to enhance the device.
