Tinkers' Steelworks

This modification is an adaptation of the popular Tinkers' Construct addon that expands metallurgy capabilities in Minecraft version 1.7.10. The main focus is on steel production and advanced smelting systems.

High-Efficiency Melting System

The mod offers a unique structure called the High Oven, which operates on the principle of maintaining internal temperature instead of direct fuel consumption. For heating, you can use charcoal, alumentum, or coal coke - each of these materials effectively raises the operating temperature of the system.

Specialized Equipment

The High Oven works fundamentally differently than the standard Smeltery. It prevents alloy formation and rejects simultaneous processing of different material types. This makes it an ideal choice for sequential processing of specific resources.

Universal Tanks

For storing molten materials, Deep Tanks are provided - multi-block structures capable of simultaneously containing various types of liquids. The design does not limit tank sizes, allowing creation of containers of practically any volume while maintaining rectangular shape.

Steel Production

The steel production process becomes intuitive: place iron in the appropriate compartment, and gunpowder, redstone, and sand in specialized oxidizing slots to initiate the reaction.
