How to Get Your Own Dragon?
Searching for Mysterious Eggs Valuable dragon eggs are hidden in chests of various structures - from ancient temples to gloomy fortresses and deep dungeons. Become a true treasure hunter!
The Magic of Hatching Awakening life in stony shells requires intense heat:
- Place the egg in a campfire
- Put it on magma blocks
- Place it in a lava cauldron or directly in a lava lake
The process takes approximately 10 minutes - you'll notice the egg start to vibrate and emit mysterious smoke.
These ancient artifacts hold centuries-old secrets - no one knows exactly which dragon species will emerge from the egg. Each hatching becomes a surprise!
Taming and Interaction A newborn dragon will behave cautiously and may try to escape. Win its trust with raw rabbit meat or chicken.
Unique Dragon Abilities
Your winged friend is not just a cute pet:
- Feeding on rabbit or chicken meat, the dragon grants its owner fire resistance
- Right-click allows you to choose follow mode or free movement mode
- In battles, loyal companions protect their owner with fire attacks
Dragon Control System
For fine control over your pets' behavior, a special Dragon Trainer's Staff has been created. While holding it, press X to open the command menu. After selecting the desired option, click the staff on the dragon to apply.
Additional Features
Dragon Skeletons occur naturally in any biome. These creatures leave behind bones, and sometimes - a Dragon Skull (1 in 5 chance), necessary for crafting the Trainer's Staff.
Behavior Changes
Dragons now attack only hostile mobs (zombies, skeletons, creepers), but effectively hunt rabbits.
Technical Improvements
- Dragons no longer conflict with each other
- Removed suffocation damage when touching the ceiling
- Eggs became significantly rarer finds
- Added explosion resistance
