Tipper(Hardcoded)

This modification is specifically designed for modpacks to balance gameplay. It completely disables the ability to obtain "Protection" and "Sharpness" enchantments above level 2, and completely removes the "Mending" enchantment from the game.

Additionally, all enchanted books can now only be found as loot - they can no longer be created on an enchanting table or obtained through other methods.

At the community's request, an armor weight system has been added, which affects character movement depending on equipped armor.

The skillet from the Farmer's Delight mod has also been nerfed to make it more balanced compared to other weapons.

Note: In the current version, all changes are hardcoded and do not have configuration files for customization. A universal version with settings may be created in the future.
