Tolyan Detector

This useful tool is designed to detect so-called "Tolyans" - users who, when installing a modpack from an archive, simply copy the mods folder instead of completely transferring all the necessary files.

When a "Tolyan" tries to load a world with the detector installed, the game crashes with a funny sound effect. This forces the user to properly install the modpack by following all instructions.

To disable the game crash function, simply change the "tolya" parameter value from one to zero in the appropriate settings.
