Tools of Steel

This mod completely revamps the equipment system by introducing a new material - steel, which adds more depth and logic to the game's progression.

Important! The mod requires Bronze to function, as steel equipment is crafted from bronze equipment. For the best gameplay experience, it's recommended to use progression mods like Divergent Progression or Slow Your Roll, as this project was specifically optimized for them.

Key Changes

The mod reworks the mechanics for obtaining bronze and diamond equipment. Tin ores now require at least iron-level tools for mining, while diamonds need corresponding diamond equipment. Although steel tools are equivalent to diamond level, they have their own characteristics: reduced mining speed and increased cooldown between attacks. The mod also changes recipes for diamond equipment - now they require ingots for crafting.

This adds an additional stage to the familiar character progression system, making equipment evolution smoother and more logical.
