This mod allows using right-click with any tool to perform the "place" action with the block from the next slot on your hotbar. The unique feature is that items can chain right-clicks across the entire hotbar! If you have multiple tools in a row, you'll be able to access blocks at the end of the tool chain.

How it works

The mod is mostly client-side! The basic right-click functionality with tools currently works on any server, regardless of whether the mod is installed on the server.

Development history

This mod was remade after Tinkers Construct removed the off-hand functionality in the new 3.0 version for large tools. The irony is that the original idea for this mod came from Tinkers Construct, and 8 years later we're bringing this functionality back. The last update to the original mod was about 6 years ago specifically because of this small change.

What does the mod do?

Place blocks and torches with any tool that doesn't have its own right-click action! (Unfortunately, hoes and swords are not supported)
