TransparentCapesPatch

This compact Minecraft mod incorporates a popular solution from the well-known CustomSkinLoader, providing transparent rendering of capes. The patch will be useful for players who prefer to use only authlib-injector for loading skins but encounter the problem of black opaque textures in the hidden parts of capes.

The original development of the fix was carried out by ZekerZhayard.

Compatibility

The mod is created for version 1.20.1, but also supports Minecraft 1.18.2–1.20.4 (all game versions using JAVA 17). The Fabric version additionally works with JAVA 21, including version 1.21.1.
