Traveler's Titles (Fabric)
Adds atmospheric RPG-like titles to Minecraft that appear when transitioning between biomes and dimensions. This is a client-side mod that works exclusively on the player's side.
Key Features
- Complete visual customization: Change text size, color palette, screen position, display duration, and many other parameters
- Built-in support for popular modded dimensions: Automatic titles for Atum, Twilight Forest, Bumblezone, Lost Cities, and many others
- Universal compatibility: Works with all modded biomes without additional configuration
- Sound accompaniment: Ability to add custom sound effects when changing locations
- Flexible filtering: Configuration of blacklists for specific dimensions and biomes
Special Visual Effects (Version 1.18+ only)
For unique visual effects, we recommend installing the Visual Traveler's Titles resource pack by UnRoman. This addon provides exclusive stylized titles for numerous modded dimensions.
Sound Effect Configuration
To use custom sounds, create a resource pack with the namespace travelerstitles. In the sounds folder, place audio files:
dimension.ogg- sound when transitioning between dimensionsbiome.ogg- sound when changing biomes
If files are missing, sound accompaniment is automatically disabled.
Advanced Customization
Through language files in resource packs, you can create custom names for dimensions and biomes.
Format for dimensions:
"travelerstitles.namespace.dimensionname": "Title"
Format for biomes:
"biome.namespace.biomename": "Title"
To change names without affecting other aspects of the game, use the special format:
"travelerstitles.biome.namespace.biomename": "Title"
Color Customization
For dimensions and biomes, additional text color configuration is available through special entries. Complete example of setting red color for the Nether and green for Plains:
"travelerstitles.minecraft.the_nether": "The Nether",
"travelerstitles.minecraft.the_nether.color": "ff0000",
"travelerstitles.biome.minecraft.plains": "Plains",
"biome.minecraft.plains.color": "00ff00"
Entries with the travelerstitles prefix take priority over standard ones. For example, the following configuration will set blue color for the desert biome:
"biome.minecraft.desert.color": "ff0000",
"travelerstitles.biome.desert.color": "0000ff"
Colors are specified in RGB HEX string format.
Debug Commands
In single-player worlds, commands are available for previewing titles:
/biometitle <biome>
/dimensiontitle <dimension>
These commands allow you to see how titles will appear during actual transitions between locations.
