Trees of Stages - Gradual Tree Growth

Trees in Minecraft typically appear instantly once a sapling matures - one moment there's a tiny sprout, and suddenly a full-grown tree stands in its place. This modification completely changes that mechanic.

Instead of instantaneous generation, trees now grow through several distinct stages that you can actually watch unfold. First, the base trunk appears, then additional wood blocks form upward incrementally. Only after the trunk has fully developed does the leafy canopy sprout, completing the transformation from sapling to mature tree. The entire growth process can take up to one minute, letting you enjoy the natural progression of forest development in your world.

You have complete control over the growth pace through configurable settings. Want faster-growing forests or prefer a more gradual transformation? Adjust the development rate to match your preferred gameplay style.

The mod maintains compatibility with numerous popular content additions that expand Minecraft's botanical variety, including Forestry, Natura, Pam's Harvestcraft, Biomes O Plenty, Terraqueous, and many more plant-focused modifications.

Important: Trees of Stages only needs to be installed on the server. Players connecting to the server don't need the mod for it to function properly.
