Trotting Wagons - Wagons for Your Adventure
Trotting Wagons mod offers players convenient and stylistically appropriate horse-drawn wagons that match vanilla Minecraft, significantly simplifying the transportation of characters, mobs, and various items throughout the game world.
Wagon Varieties
The mod features three main types of wagons, each with unique characteristics:
- Conestoga - A freight wagon with a fabric canopy. Has 60 health points, 108 storage slots, and medium movement speed.
- Royal - A carriage with a wooden cabin. Features 80 health points, 54 inventory slots, and is the fastest wagon in the set.
- Armored - A slow and heavy combat wagon. Possesses 120 health points, has no inventory, and accelerates slowly.
Control and Interaction
The wagon control system is intuitive and convenient:
- To hitch a horse, use a leash and interact while crouching.
- Changing wagon color is done by interacting with wool while crouching.
- Speed control is managed using the Horse Whip - right-click while riding changes speed, and crouch interaction switches movement direction.
- Mounting mobs on the wagon is possible similarly to hitching a horse or through special interaction with a mob next to a stationary wagon.
- Removing mobs from the wagon is done through crouch interaction or using a leash.
- Wagon repair is performed using iron ingots (configurable in settings).
- Access to the wagon's inventory is opened through crouch interaction without special items in hand.
- Picking up the wagon can be done with any axe while crouching.
