True Skinstealers
Introducing the standalone version of one of the most interesting game creatures! This mod is completely independent and doesn't require any additional components.
The mimic creatures possess an impressive set of abilities that make them dangerous opponents:
- Disguise themselves as other players by copying their appearance
- Use the inventory and equipment of copied characters
- Automatically select the best armor and weapons
- Synchronize their movements with the original player (sneak and run simultaneously)
- Have triple the health and speed characteristics compared to the copied player
- Use ender pearls for teleportation
- Utilize shields, tridents (including riptide effect) and totems of undying
- Consume food to restore health
- Have passive regeneration
- Create realistic player join messages
- Hide leaderboards and system notifications
The mod is designed for maximum compatibility with other modifications. However, it's not recommended to use it together with the original Pitch Black Monsters mod to avoid potential conflicts.
The Fabric version is under development and will be available soon.
