TSFlareon's Cool Curses - Collection of Unique Curses
This mod presents a collection of 13 completely new curses that dramatically change the gameplay. Unlike standard curses, these effects are not always exclusively negative - some of them add interesting mechanics, others completely transform your playstyle, and some can lead to unexpected explosions.
Important note for users of the data pack version: please place the file simultaneously in the resource packs folder and in the data packs folder.
Complete List of Curses
Curse of Blindness: An item with this curse deprives you of vision, but all creatures attacking you begin to glow with the glowing effect.
Curse of Boom: Any attack with this cursed item ends with an explosion right on you.
Curse of Decay: When attacking with this item, the target receives the wither effect. If you yourself take damage with this item, the wither effect is applied to you.
Curse of Desire: While holding or wearing this item, you receive regeneration. However, if you remove it from your inventory, you take withdrawal damage depending on how often you used this item.
Curse of The End: Wearing this item causes you to take damage from water and periodically teleport to random locations.
Curse of Gravity: This item causes you to occasionally rise into the air, disrupting the usual laws of physics.
Curse of Haunting: The item randomly summons vexes that immediately attack you.
Curse of Infestation: Attacking with this item infects targets with silverfish that begin to crawl out of their bodies. These creatures can also attack you.
Curse of Insanity: Wearing this item causes you to hear various sounds and voices that don't actually exist.
Curse of Invisibility: Placing the item in your off-hand transports you to the Ethereal Plane. Here you become invisible and move faster, but receive weakness, mining fatigue, and periodic damage. In this dimension, you are not alone - creatures inhabit here that may try to kill you.
Curse of The Snail: Wearing this item gives you permanent resistance II, but an immortal snail begins hunting you, capable of breaking and placing blocks.
Curse of Undeath: This item turns you into undead with all corresponding characteristics: burning in sunlight, poison immunity, ability to breathe underwater, and vulnerability to the Smite enchantment.
Curse of Whispering: This item has increased power, but it is alive and begins demanding kills from you. If you refuse to follow its orders, you will face various negative effects that will ultimately lead to death.
