Twilight Forest Fixes (Doors & Misc)

This modification fixes several issues found in older versions of The Twilight Forest mod.

Fixed Problems:

• Door item textures - previously doors appeared as pink and black squares due to missing textures
• Transwood trapdoor texture - now uses the correct texture instead of the twilight oak trapdoor texture
• Name localization - added English names for some blocks and entities that were missing them

Fixed textures and models are taken from the corresponding pull request by developer xemnes.
