Twitch 4J Lib

This modification is not standalone — it's an API library designed for other mods that want to integrate Twitch functionality using the Twitch 4J platform.

The library provides a ready-made Twitch4J instance with configurable parameters. You can enable or disable various features, as well as configure fields for Twitch OAuth authentication and other authorization methods.

Version 1.05 added 108 events related to Twitch chat and the Pubsub system that can be processed using standard Forge methods.
