Simple and Functional Energy Measurement Mod

Utility Meters is a concise addition that currently introduces a special RF Meter block into the game for monitoring energy flows.

Main Purpose

The RF Meter block is designed to be integrated into existing RF energy transmission lines (compatible with Forge Energy) to display current throughput and total energy transferred.

When placed, the block by default receives energy through the top face and outputs through the bottom face. The flow direction can be reversed using the combination Shift + Right-Click with an empty hand. Energy transmission can be stopped by applying a redstone signal to the back face of the block.

Right-clicking the RF Meter with an empty hand opens a simple interface displaying the same information as on the block, allowing you to toggle energy flow on/off and change display colors.

The Settings button opens an additional menu for fine-tuning RF Meter functions:

- Limiting RF/tick transfer rate with precision up to 1RF/t

-- Range: from 1 to 9,223,372,036,854,775,80

- Switching between Counter and Prepaid modes:

-- Counter Mode - simply tracks current throughput and total transfer volume

-- Prepaid Mode - allows automatic cutoff of energy flow after transferring a set amount.

- Locking settings with a password.

Prepaid Mode

In Prepaid Mode, the RF Meter interface gets two additional displays: Prepaid Balance and Prepaid Amount. The prepaid balance decreases to 0 based on the difference between Prepaid Amount and Total Volume. When the balance reaches 0, the RF Meter disables energy flow.
