Vanillium
A Collection of Compact Vanilla-Style Improvements
This modification represents a collection of small but useful changes that organically fit into the style of the original game. All functions can be finely tuned through configuration files, allowing you to disable any elements you don't need.
The key feature of Vanillium is maintaining world compatibility. You can safely remove the mod at any time without risk of save file corruption. This addon was created as a paired project with Nullium and adds capabilities that cannot be implemented server-side only.
Item Customization
The mod provides extended customization options for various game items:
- Changing maximum stack size. By default increases the capacity of potions, music discs, and horse equipment to 16 units
- Adjusting tool durability. Basic settings increase the longevity of brushes and shears to 256 uses
- Adding custom cooldown periods. Standard configuration sets delays for splash and lingering potions
- Increasing potion effect duration. Applies a multiplier to all registered potions (default ×2)
Experimental Features
Warning: These capabilities are in testing phase and may cause instability. Changes related to shulker boxes sometimes lead to inventory desynchronization.
- Shulker box enhancements:
- When in inventory: right-clicking an item on the box or the box on an item automatically places the object inside the container
- Right-clicking in the air with the box or on the box itself in inventory opens the shulker container interface
