ViaRewind

This addon for ViaVersion enables Minecraft clients from versions 1.8.x and 1.7.x to connect to modern servers. It operates on servers from version 1.9 up to the latest releases, providing compatibility with older clients.

Replacing the standard version in ViaFabric or ViaProxy:

• For ViaFabric - place the ViaRewind file in the mods folder
• For ViaProxy - locate ViaRewind in the jars directory

Java 17 is required for operation. If you have an older Java version installed, you need to update it. As a last resort, builds for Java 8 are available.

Required dependencies: For proper ViaRewind functionality, ViaVersion and ViaBackwards must be installed.

• GitHub (official releases)

Test builds of all our projects are hosted on the Jenkins server.
