Void Totem

Main Concept

This datapack extends the functionality of totems of undying, allowing them to save the player from falling into the void. When you find yourself in the abyss and activate the totem, in addition to the standard healing effects, you receive levitation and slow falling, which helps you safely return to solid ground.

Installation

To install, go to the game's saves folder. On Windows, the path looks like this:

C:\Users(your name)\AppData\Roaming.minecraft\saves

Place the archived file in the data packs folder, then reload the world or execute the /reload command.

Important Features

• Totems only protect against the void in the End, which is quite sufficient since the voids of the Nether and the Overworld are inaccessible in normal survival mode.
