Walkers Mod

The Walkers modification fundamentally transforms the Minecraft gameplay experience, completely changing the approach to the mob system and night stages of the game.
Main Features
Infection System

Introduced a progressive infection system with two development stages.
Undead Variety

Added new types of zombies and walkers: Rotters, Walkers, Biters, Variant Walkers, Zombie Pigs, and Zombie Cows.
Random Characteristics

Walkers have random strength and speed parameters: Fresh Walker, Weak Walker, Strong Walker, and Rotted Walker.
Reanimation After Death

All infected creatures, including the player, can rise again after death.
Wasted Biome

A new biome teeming with undead in a destroyed environment.
Light Resistance
Walkers and zombies don't burn in daylight (if the corresponding option is enabled).
Survivors
Passive mobs that form groups and attack the undead in villages and the wild.
Custom Animations

New walking, running, attacking, and death animations for walkers.
Achievements

7 unique achievements that can be obtained even in hardcore mode.
Infected Resources
Infected skin and flesh that can infect the player when consumed. Used to create walker flesh clothing.
Walker Flesh Clothing
Allows camouflage among the undead.
Replacement of Standard Zombies
Regular zombies and zombie villagers are replaced with new types of undead.
Working Mechanics
When attacked by any undead mob (except skeletons), there is a 70% chance of infection. Upon infection, there is a 30% chance of adrenaline activation. All infected creatures turn into a random walker after the infection runs its course or upon premature death. Zombie pigs and zombie cows have their own transformation variants.
Walkers attack: villagers, survivors, players, pigs, cows, and horses. Zombie cows and zombie pigs also attack chickens.
The mod is available only for Forge 1.20.1. Support for other versions and loaders is possible upon request.
